Community food hubs are a great way to connect people to where food comes from.
The pilot stage of the Wales Community Food Distribution Initiative empowered communities across Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire to launch their own community run food hubs. You can find your nearest food hub using the map @ https://www.communityfood.wales/getinvolved
