PLANED are pleased to welcome Tracey Jones as our new Micro Care Enterprise Catalyst for Carmarthenshire.
Tracey has joined the team at a time when over 150 Micro Enterprises have been supported in their creation and implementation, across the Hywel Dda University Health Board footprint of Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, and Pembrokeshire.
Being based partly at PLANED’s Carmarthenshire Living Well Centre in Parc Dewi Sant, and working remotely across the county also, Tracey brings a breadth of experience to the role, which is also supported by Carmarthenshire County Council.
Before joining PLANED in June 2025, Tracey’s experience involved working with families and young people, in roles such as a Young Carer Co-ordinator, and Family Support worker. She enjoys learning, and has a range of qualifications from a degree in BA Early Years, to a Level 5 in Leadership and Management, and other more niche courses, such as counselling skills, and BSL.
Tracey is a Welsh Speaker, and has a passion for raising money for different charities and for helping people feel empowered, and is looking forward to taking on the role of the Catalyst for Care, for Carmarthenshire.
