Following work on a new bid and application during the summer and autumn of 2024, PLANED are pleased to announce, that we have been awarded funding from the Lottery Community Fund for a new project.
Working across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, and Pembrokeshire, our new CWBR YOUTH THREE COUNTIES project, will build and expand on previous projects delivered in Pembrokeshire, in supporting young adults aged 16-24, and their role, and influence, working with local community leaders.
Our first step on delivering this project, is to recruit an exceptional candidate to manage the project, on a day to day basis, working flexibly, with partners and communities, across the three counties.
Once recruited, three further part time posts – one in each county – will also then be recruited to form a team that will be embedded within those communities, and deliver the outputs and outcomes of the project.
